News for holidaymakers in Croatia: Lufthansa is includingPulain its flight timetable for next summer, with two flights a week (Monday, Friday) from Frankfurt. The airline is thereby adding another destination to its summer programme for leisure travellers. From 28 April, flight LH1478 will leave Frankfurt at 4.40 p.m. for Pula, reaching the Adriatic resort at 6.10 p.m. The return flight is scheduled for 6.55 p.m. from Pula. The 90-seater Bombardier CRJ900 with two classes lands at 8.30 p.m. in Frankfurt. Pula is the biggest and oldest city in Istria and its eventful history makes it the tourist and cultural centre of the region. A mix of ancient Roman culture, beautiful swimming beaches and modern tourist facilities make it a magnet for visitors from all over the world. Lufthansa also flies to Pula from Munich.
