StandardAero Aviation Holdings, Inc. (“StandardAero”) and Airbus SE (“Airbus”) today announced that they have entered into exclusive negotiations with respect to an acquisition by StandardAero of Vector Aerospace Holding SAS (“Vector”) from Airbus.
